Did you know that Chamber Ambassadors are members who serve as volunteers to be extra eyes, ears, and hands for the Chamber team and play a vital role in Chamber operations?
Some of the opportunities available to Ambassadors are:
- Receiving regular committee updates on member promos, ribbon cuttings, events and other volunteer opportunities and sharing that info with colleagues, customers and friends as they are able.
-Attending ribbon cuttings
-Emceeing ribbon cuttings
-Taking 5-15 assigned members to stay in contact with throughout the year (visit at least once and e-mail information about upcoming promos and events sent from the Chamber staff)
-Being on call as a business mentor for new businesses who need help making connections and promoting their business (This typically will involve a face-face meeting for about an hour.)
-Drop off membership renewal posters
*We value your time so any of these opportunities that you can be a part of is greatly appreciated!*
If you are looking for ways to be more involved in the community, this is the group for you!
Please join us on Tuesday, October 26 at 8:30 for our next meeting!
