Laurel School District Job Fair

Individuals interested in applying for a position are invited to attend LSD 2020 “All-Star Tornado Talent Draft” Job Fair on Thursday, February 20 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., in the boardroom of Laurel School District Central Office. Please keep in mind that this is an “adults-only” event.

Laurel School District is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our winning team. We currently have openings for teachers, secretaries, custodians, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, campus administrators, paraprofessionals, and central office staff. When joining our team, it means we are committed to providing you, the employee, with an equally exceptional place to grow, collaborate and build positive relationships within our school and the local community.

LSD school and department administrators will be on-site to interview applicants and make recommendations for employment. The Mississippi Department of Education will also be on-site to advise future applicants about ways to become a certified teacher. Applicants are asked to bring multiple copies of their resume, certificates, credentials, and dress in business casual attire for the event.
