Begin the afternoon with a Guided Intention Experience where we will acknowledge and release the past year, share stories and experiences, and use vision mapping tools to create intentions for the upcoming year. Next put those beautiful new intentions down on paper and create your very own Blessing Bundle, which are bundles of burnable natural items like flowers and herbs combined with your heart felt desires and blessing for 2023. Wrap up the day with a Restorative Reiki Session - a blend of restorative yoga, guided meditation, and the gentle healing and balancing effects of Reiki energy. Finally, enjoy a Bon Fire Release Ceremony to let it all go and send blessings for the new year. It promotes balance and flow among all the body’s systems, mind, and spirit. Reiki is profoundly relaxing and supports good health and overall well-being. Our Guest Instructor: Amanda Morris, E-RYT 200, LMFT Amanda is a yoga teacher, health/wellness educator, and licensed therapist. She is passionate about healthy lifestyle facilitation, which includes yoga, self care, stress reduction, healthy eating, and mindful practices through her classes and programs with Balanced Body Yoga, Health and Wellness. She is located in Petal, MS where she spends her time raising two daughters, teaching yoga classes and facilitating virtual health/wellness programs.
