What Does Your Gut Say About Your Health?

What your gut is telling you not only impacts your emotions, but also your overall physical health. In this luncheon program, Gastroenterologist, Dr. Carolyn Cegielski will talk about how the esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon have a big say into how your mind and body functions and how happy you feel.

Lunch is provided with registration for $8.50. The meal includes:
Barbecue Tiger Shrimp, Butter Herb Wild Rice, Rosemary Infused Grilled Asparagus, Homemade Yeast Rolls, Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Praline Tart with Warm Honey Drizzle, Tea, Water and Coffee.
