Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for partnering with SouthGroup Agents to provide effective customer service for an assigned group of SouthGroup customers by utilizing knowledge of company products, services and programs.

  • Effective Time Management – organizing and managing multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to get information, process information, and evaluate information to determine compliance with standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience.
