Choices Clinic of Laurel is a 501c3 non-profit pregnancy medical clinic which exists to educate and empower mothers through their pregnancy and parenting journey. Our services include, but not limited to, pregnancy testing, OB ultrasound, STI testing and treatment, Verification of Pregnancy, prenatal vitamins, sexual health education, parenting education program and material assistance.
